By accessing the AeroCraft Models website and purchasing our scale model aircraft kits, assembly guides, or aviation merchandise, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these operational guidelines, please refrain from using our online shop.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Significant changes to purchasing rules or kit availability policies will be posted clearly on this page.
2. Model Kits and Merchandise Orders
All orders for model kits, tools, and accessories are subject to stock availability. We make every effort to display the details, grid specifications, and rivet-level accuracy of our models as clearly as possible. However, exact colors and details may vary slightly based on manufacturing batches or your display monitor.
- Prices for all aviation kits and merchandise are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right to limit the sales of our limited-edition blueprints or exclusive assembly kits to any person or household.
- In the event of a missing sprue or defective part in your boxed kit, claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
3. Intellectual Property and Assembly Guides
The technical blueprint-style typography, assembly instructions, workshop notes, and close-up model photography featured on our shop are the exclusive property of AeroCraft Models. These materials are provided for your personal hobby use only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our custom model designs, instruction manuals, or brand identity without express written permission from our team.
4. Returns and Workshop Guarantee
We take immense pride in our build quality and packaging. If your model kit arrives with damaged external boxing or broken internal components, please retain all original packaging. Contact our workshop team immediately to arrange for replacement parts or a return authorization.
Unassembled kits in their original, sealed factory condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Partially assembled kits or models painted by the user cannot be returned.
